Center for the Multiplexed Assessment of Phenotype, is a Center of Excellence in Genome Science based at the University of Washington’s Department of Genome Sciences and at the University of Toronto.
Our Center is developing highly generalizable, reproducible and scalable technologies to generate and assess the functional impact of variants in human genes. Linking phenotype to genotype is one of the most pressing problems in biology and our goal is to facilitate variant interpretation to enable genome-guided precision medicine in clinical decision making.
We are currently accepting applications for two full-time “CMAP Postdoctoral Scholar” positions and are looking for near or recent grads with experience in deep mutational scanning, proteomics, molecular biology, or functional genomics.
