Clinical Lecturer in Prosthodontics

The main purpose of this post is to support and assist in the development of education, research activities relevant to Restorative Dentistry, Prosthodontics, and to play an integral role in the delivery of care to patients.

The post-holder will participate in the ongoing revision and updating of comprehensive education and training programmes in Prosthodontics and Conservative Dentistry and will liaise with the Programme Directors in developing these programmes according to the priorities of the Eastman Dental Institute. Through effective and high quality teaching the post-holder will inspire students, enabling students to develop the required skills and knowledge within their field of study.

The post-holder will play an active role in expanding clinical research within Prosthodontics, and strengthening collaborative activities with basic medical science units at both the Eastman Dental Institute and University College London. The post-holder will liaise with the Director of Clinical Research to establish appropriate translational research themes according to the Institute's priorities.

Starting salary at UCL Grade CL8 will range from £57,397 to £65,056 depending on experience with an additional London allowance of £4,678.
