Merav Cohen lab is recruiting talented and excited people for its team!
The lab is located at Sackler Faculty of Medicine, department of Clinical Microbiology and Immunology, Tel-Aviv University, Israel. Research in the lab focuses on exploring cellular communication between immune cells and tissue resident cells, by using genomic technologies, and specifically single-cell RNA sequencing. The lab eagers to understand the role of the immune-controlled cellular interactions on tissue physiological development, and to evaluate this signaling under conditions of tissue-specific pathologies, specifically cancer.
Application Requirements:
• Background in one or more of the fields: Immunology/ Molecular Biology/ Bioinformatics/ Genomics.
• Experience with animal models – in vivo and ex vivo.
• Experience with microscopy techniques – an advantage.
• Experience with flow cytometry – an advantage.
• Experience with NGS techniques – an advantage.
• Team player, detail oriented and problem solving skills – A MUST!
