Our lab (http://fanglab.bio/) has rick experience in epigenomics (Nature Biotechnology, 2012; Nature Reviews Genetics, 2018, Nature Microbiology, 2020), long read sequencing (Genome Research, 2018; Nature Genetics, 2019), high resolution microbiome analysis (Nature Biotechnology, 2018; Nature Methods, 2021), and systems biology (Molecular Psychiatry, 2014; Cell Reports, 2016; Nature Communication, 2019; Nature Microbiology, 2020)
Openings: We are looking for highly motivated PostDoc Fellows to (1) develop innovative machine learning and AI models for advanced analyses of human diseases; (2) integrate multiple types of -omics data to discover novel disease mechanisms and translate new discoveries into medical impacts.

1) Rich experience in one of the following GWAS, exome or whole genome association analyses of human diseases.
2) Familiar with statistical genetics and/or machine learning.
3) Experience in eQTL or TWAS is a plus but not necessary.
4) Ability to learn and master new knowledge and technologies.
5) Abilities to lead an independent research direction while adapting to a collaborative environment,
6) An innovative yet critical thinker.
