The Sinha lab at Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) seeks a highly motivated Ph.D. professional for a postdoc position. We are considering applicants with a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Physics, Statistics, Engineering, or closely related disciplines, and with strong research experience involving data analysis, preferably biological data analysis. Candidates are expected to perform research, write and publish manuscripts, and present their work at scientific meetings. The Postdoc will have the opportunity to work closely with collaborators at Georgia Tech and Emory Medicine.
Our research interests are broadly in the areas of bioinformatics, computational genomics and systems biology, with on-going projects involving multi-omics integration, single-cell omics, spatial omics and cell manufacturing. We develop new data analysis techniques based on probabilistic models, biophysical models, deep neural networks, and causal inference. Details about our lab can be found at https://www.sinhalab.net/ Interested candidates should email their CV to Prof. Saurabh Sinha.
