Our research is focused on peptides involved in the regulation of food intake and processes related to obesity, diabetes, and neurodegeneration. It aims at clarifying the relationships among peptides involved in the development of obesity in order to design possible therapeutics.
The project includes work with cell cultures and tissues from animal models.
Duration: 1 year with the possibility of extension
