Post-Doc position (up to 36 months) in the framework of the Young Research Award FAPESP project “Thermoelectricity and thermal transport in topological materials”*, based at the Institute of Physics of the University of São Paulo (IF-USP), under the supervision of Prof. Valentina Martelli (lqmec.com).
The Post-Doc fellow will take part to sample preparation, sample characterization and development of new experimental facilities for the investigation of thermal transport under extreme conditions in selected candidate topological insulators. This project takes place within a FAPESP-Max Planck Institute agreement; the postdoc is expected to take part to an intense exchange with the Partner Institution in Dresden (CPfS). Profile: experience in experimental condensed matter, thin films preparation techniques. Experience with low temperature techniques is a plus.
