Dear all,
We have 2 openings for a postdoctoral fellow to work on NIH-funded research projects at the intersection of computational biophysics and machine learning. Specific topics include but are not limited to: (i) developing and applying data-driven models to understand biomolecular phase transitions and (ii) developing mesoscale reaction-diffusion models to understand transcription factors and chromatin organization in the nucleus. An ideal candidate is a newly graduated Ph.D. in any area of physics, applied math, chemistry, or engineering with quantitative modeling skills and experience in scientific coding.
