Postdoctoral fellow in proteomics and multi-omics Full-time
A Postdoctoral Fellow position is available in cell biology and systems biology research in the laboratory of Dr. Edward Lau in the Department of Medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine (https://www.laulab.net). Our research focuses on multi-omics and bioinformatics approaches to understand protein spatiotemporal dynamics, homeostasis, and quality control processes using human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) and other applicable laboratory models.
We are looking for a postdoctoral fellow to join our team who is passionate about quantitative life science research in proteomics, genomics, bioinformatics, and related fields. The candidate will work with our team to develop new methods to study protein spatiotemporal dynamics in non-steady state systems using a combination of stable isotope labeling, mass spectrometry, single-cell sequencing, kinetic modeling, biochemistry, and cell biology techniques.
