Computational Transcriptomics, Research Team of Professor Austin Smith
You will undertake a programme of computational and bioinformatics analyses to decipher the regulatory networks of pluripotency in human and other mammals. The post will include developing and implementing algorithms, analysis methods and visualisation tools for dissecting and integrating ‘omics datasets, in particular comparative single cell transcriptomics.
This Medical Research Council and European Research Council funded post is available immediately on a fixed term basis until 31st December 2024.
