A Post Doctoral Fellow position is immediately available in the Dr. Nina Bhardwaj’s group within the Vaccine and Cell Therapy Laboratory (VCTL) at Mount Sinai to study T cell immune responses in cancer patients and COVID-19 convalescent individuals.
The candidate will be responsible for supervising/performing assays, analyzing data and reporting conclusions, in order to measure immune responses after vaccination and other immunotherapies. The candidate is expected to assist in scientific writing, developing novel research techniques and mentoring Associate Researchers. The candidate will report to the Associate Director of the VCTL and Dr. Bhardwaj.
A strong knowledge of T cell immunology, Tumor immunology and experience with experimental methods to measure T cells responses (T cell proliferation, ELISPOT, Tetramers, killing assays) is desirable.
