THE OHSU Fellowship for Diversity in Research seeks to recruit scientists from racial and ethnic backgrounds that have been historically underrepresented in STEM at the postdoctoral level. Fellowships are available for postdoctoral training in all scientific areas of study at OHSU. Fellows will receive mentored scholarly and research training and opportunities to build community with and receive support from other scientists who identify as members of a racial or ethnic group underrepresented in STEM. Interested scientists should connect with a Principal Investigator at OHSU working in a research area of interest to the applicant. This PI will serve as their hiring PI and mentor while the OFDIR program will provide the funding for the first year of research as well as support to secure additional funding after the initial Fellowship year.
