A position to study immune response to extracellular vesicles is available. Useful skills: cell culture, bio-informatic analyses and >2 years’ experience with mice (including colony maintenance, breeding, genotyping, hand restraining, IP, SC and IV injections, tumor measurements and necropsy), immunohistochemistry/immunofluorescence microscopy, molecular biology techniques (cloning, plasmid preps, western blot, protein purification). Background in immunology and/or cellular senescence is preferred. The ideal candidate is independent, pro-active, efficient and organized, with excellent electronic lab notebook keeping, able to pay attention to details and advanced computer skills. Position title commensurate to degree and skill level.
