Postdoctoral research associate or more senior research position in computational biology is available in the Pritykin lab at the Lewis-Sigler Institute for Integrative Genomics and the Computer Science Department at Princeton University.
The Pritykin lab (http://pritykinlab.princeton.edu/) develops computational methods for design and analysis of high-throughput functional genomic assays and perturbations, with a focus on multi-modal single-cell, spatial and genome editing technologies; and applies these methods to study regulatory genomics of cell function and cell-cell interactions, with a focus on immunology and cancer.
We seek candidates with computational biology, bioinformatics, computer science, machine learning, statistics, data science, applied math and/or other quantitative backgrounds who are enthusiastic about bringing their expertise to address fundamental problems in biology and medicine using cutting-edge technologies. A successful candidate will have an opportunity to lead and contribute to a range of exciting collaborative projects, and develop new projects.
PhD in a relevant field is required. Strong track record of productivity is essential. Experience with biological data analysis is a plus but not required.
