Graduate Student Positions in Clinical Pharmacogenomics Full-time

I am currently seeking to recruit motivated graduate and undergraduate/PharmD students for projects related to clinical pharmacogenomics. 1 student in Clinical Pharmacogenomics, preferably with a pharmacy/genetics/bioinformatics background

• Have experience or interest in using large high dimensional data sets, including genomic data (i.e., array-based genotyping, CNV, sequencing), transcriptomic data (i.e., RNA sequencing), or imaging data. 
• Have experience or interest in a variety of basic and specialized genetic laboratory techniques and procedures, including DNA extraction and quantification, genotyping, RT-PCR, and cell culture techniques. 

1 student in Pharmacovigilance/Health Outcomes Research, preferably with an epidemiology/biostatistics background

• Have experience or interest in clinical data collection, management (e.g., cleaning, linking), analysis (preparing detailed analytic plans using basic and advanced statistical methods), visualization, and interpretation.
• Have experience or interest in statistical analyses with large health datasets.
• Have experience or interest in evidence synthesis (e.g., systematic reviews) and (network) meta-analysis.

Funding: 2 Years, 14,000$ CAD/year.
