Four laboratories at the Institute for the Biology of Stem Cells (IBSC) are looking for Research Specialists:
Forsberg Lab (Contribute to stem cell research focused on developing novel strategies to understand the epigenetic regulation of stem cell function. Participate in research projects by conceiving, planning, and performing experiments in the laboratory, depending on the experience level)
Hinck Lab ( Research on mammary gland development and cancer. Duties will include genotyping, tissue collection, histology and immunohistochemistry, cell culture, and basic protein and molecular biology techniques)
Sikandar Lab (Contribute to a research program in breast cancer stem cells and normal epithelial stem cells. Duties will include supporting human cell culture activities, microscopy, flowcytometry and animal work such as maintaining transgenic mouse lines and genotyping)
Carpenter Lab (Use a combination of molecular, genomic and genetic approaches to understand the role of lncRNAs in the innate immune system)
