My lab + Yong Fan (Radiology) are looking for a postdoc expert in fMRI who wants to try deep learning of fMRI, closed loop TMS/fMRI, working memory augmentation with rTMS and related computational + practical skills. Our small labs offer substantial hands on mentoring. I have plenty of data collected to write publications from right away. Experience with deep learning, machine learning and TMS are beneficial but not required. You must be well versed in collecting and processing fMRI data as well as have basic coding skills (R, UNIX, Shell, Python, Matlab, especially). The imaging faculty at Penn are world-renowned and our labs collaborate with many of them. Penn is an ivy league top research medical school on the U.S. East Coast a close train/bus ride to New York City and Washington D.C.
