We are looking for a Laboratory manager/Technician to be part of my research group at the Center for Advanced Technology, Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznan, Poland. We use Caenorhabditis elegans as a model system to understand the biology of evolutionarily conserved DPPIV family proteases. The candidate should have a Masters/Bachelor’s degree in biology. Experience in basic biochemistry and Molecular biology is desired. Must be proficient in Polish and should have basic understanding English. The starting date is flexible. Tasks:
Preparation of various buffers, plates for culturing C. elegans, generation of transgenic animals and ordering the consumables.
