The School of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology (CCEB) is a unique department at NTU Singapore, advancing cutting-edge education and research in diverse areas of chemistry, chemical engineering, bioengineering, biotechnology, and other relevant multidisciplinary fields.

CCEB invites applications for positions at the rank of Adjunct Associate Professor.

The Adjunct Associate Professor responsibilities may include the following:

• Contribute to the undergraduate teaching and mentoring undergraduate students in CCEB.
• Develop an engaging and positive learning environment for the undergraduate students.
• Participate in events, activities and initiatives organized by the School.
• Assist in evaluating grant applications and research proposals within their area of expertise.
• Conduct public lectures and organize industry seminars for potential research collaboration among companies, students and faculty.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess minimally a bachelor's in engineering/science, or a closely related field. They should have extensive industry and/or academic experience with a passion for teaching. Instructors are expected to excel at teaching and work closely with school administrators to provide students with a holistic learning experience.

Teaching Hours:

Classes are mainly conducted during the day on weekdays; or on Saturdays for make-up classes (if needed).
