As a data scientist and machine learning apprentice within our Biomarker Statistics Team, you'll be a part of a young, dynamic, and international team of Data Scientists, Statisticians, and Bioinformaticians. You will work on exciting machine learning and deep learning projects at the intersection of AI and drug development.

Main Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive literature review of machine learning models to gain a solid understanding of the current state of the art in AI-based drug development.
• Collaborate on testing and evaluating existing predictive models, analyzing their performance, and identifying their strengths and limitations.
• Support model optimization to improve their accuracy and robustness by experimenting with different approaches and configurations.
• Contribute to the integration of multimodal data into predictive models to enhance their scope and performance.
• Help create clear visualizations and present results to the team.
• Support the development of reproducible analysis pipelines and well-organized code, ensuring that methods and results can be reliably reused and built upon.

About You

• Soft and technical skills: Communication, Curiosity and autonomy
• Education: Bac+5 in information systems or data analysis
• Languages: English fluent
