Associate Director, Data Intelligence & Solutions

We are recruiting for an Associate Director of Data Intelligence & Solutions to join our Advancement Strategy and Operations team. Reporting to the Executive Director of Advancement Strategy and Operations, you will play a pivotal leadership role in enabling the success of UCL's bicentennial fundraising and engagement campaign. You will lead the strategic direction of data governance, business intelligence and the Advancement technology ecosystem, ensuring that UCL's fundraising and engagement activity is underpinned by robust, secure and innovative data and insight capabilities.

Working closely with colleagues across Advancement and wider Professional Services teams, including Information Services Division, Finance and Research and Innovation Services, you will oversee the development and continuous improvement of Advancement's data strategy, systems and analytics. You will ensure the effective management of the Advancement CRM and associated technology platforms, enabling high-quality data, integrated systems and sophisticated reporting that support decision-making across the division.

You will also lead the delivery of business intelligence and data insights that inform strategy, performance monitoring and operational priorities. Through the development of dashboards, analytics and reporting tools, you will ensure senior leaders and key stakeholders across UCL have access to accurate, meaningful and actionable insight.

As a member of the Advancement Management Team, you will contribute to the strategic leadership of the division and help shape a culture that values data excellence, innovation and evidence-based decision-making as UCL progresses its most ambitious fundraising and engagement campaign to date.

This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 20% on site.
