The Associate Director reports to the Senior Director of US Medical Oncology, Melanoma, Breast, and Emerging Tumors. The primary responsibility of the Associate Director is developing and implementing the US Medical strategies, objectives and launch priorities for one or more tumor areas, including the Melanoma Franchise, Breast, and Emerging Tumors. This Associate Director role is particularly responsible for leading the integration and alignment of US medical strategies through establishing and maintaining cross-functional collaborative relationships with key stakeholders including, but not limited to, US Commercialization, Clinical Development, and Publication teams, to ensure strategic alignment and support US market impact.

Compensation Overview: Princeton – NJ – US: $166,350 – $201,571 The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee's work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience. Eligibility for specific benefits listed on our careers site may vary based on the job and location.
