We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Principal Scientist to join the Department of Pharmacokinetics, Dynamics, Metabolism, and Bioanalysis (PDMB) in the area of Regulated Bioanalytical Early Development Vaccines. Our team is modernizing Bioanalytics with regulated end-to-end automation; data tracking, analysis, and visualization; and automated liquid handling. The primary role of the successful candidate will be to design, develop, qualify/validate, tech transfer, and/or troubleshoot modernized clinical assays for our vaccines portfolio. Importantly, the successful candidate will have a proven track record for developing assays capable of meeting regulatory expectations. The candidate should be current on state-of-the art technologies and champion the evaluation of new technologies and optimization of processes. Providing leadership and mentorship to junior staff, building relationships with stakeholders, and providing expert technical representation on multidisciplinary teams will be expected.

The salary range for this role is $139,600.00 – $219,700.00. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
