We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-driven individual to join the Gene Delivery & Editing Process Development team. The Associate/Senior Associate Scientist will perform bioprocessing unit operations in support of Adeno Associated Virus and Lentivirus batches at the 50-200L Pilot scale, in support of process development and early clinical manufacturing for Cell Therapy programs. The position will require upstream (mammalian cell culture, bioreactor operation) and downstream (depth filtration, chromatography, tangential flow filtration) unit operation planning and execution in a development environment. Additional duties will include buffer preparation, inventory management, lab notebook entries, data analysis, authoring technical reports, and presentation of results. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.
