Your new role As a Black Utilities Scientist in CMC Pilots Engineering, you will contribute to the implementation of black utilities in several projects of varying size e.g. cooling/heating systems, wastewater, waste or compressed air. You will influence key engineering decisions and be part of setting the direction for black utility solutions in critical pilot projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

Your new department You will join CMC Pilots Engineering, part of CMC Pilots within the CMC Development organisation. CMC Development's role in Novo Nordisk's value chain is to turn molecules into approved products in close cooperation with our colleagues Research & Development and Global Manufacturing & Supply. CMC Pilots supports the production of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) for clinical trials and plays a critical role in enabling product development and ensuring smooth process transfer to commercial production. The Engineering Project department consists of more than 80 colleagues and delivers complex investment and major projects that expand and modernise pilot capacity. The department works in a collaborative, project-driven environment where engineering, quality and science are closely integrated to enable safe, compliant and reliable manufacturing.
