Coordinate with multi-department leaders to define and develop key performance metrics for safety, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain within the Digital Control Tower (DCT); Extract, process, and analyze data from SAP, MES, LIMS, Rapid Response, and other operational systems; Utilize Databricks including SQL and Python to map and integrate data from multiple sources for multi-project usage; Work with large-scale data repositories including data lake and data fabric to harmonize and structure complex operational data; Develop statistical models and simulations to analyze manufacturing processes and predict performance outcomes; Support future projects, such as building machine learning models for IIOT-based predictive maintenance, minimizing shutdown risks, and optimizing preventive maintenance strategies; Co-design and enhance the Digital Control Tower (DCT) by integrating GenAI and real-time data for improved operational efficiency; Write User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and conduct testing to ensure software solutions meet business requirements; Work closely with external consulting firms to align on data integration and process improvements; and Routinely engage with internal stakeholders to gather user feedback for continuous tool development and improvement. Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Data Science or related field & completion of a university-level course, research project, internship, thesis, or one year of experience involving the following:
1. Analyzing manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering data;
2. Working with unstructured and structured data sets, integrating data from multiple sources, and developing data-driven models;
3. Programming tools for Databricks including SQL and Python, and cloud platforms including AWS and Azure;
4. Tableau, Spotfire, or Power BI;
5. Relational databases and operating systems including: SAP, MES, LIMS, and Rapid Response;
6.Databricks for automating workflows and optimizing processes;
7. Developing production simulations and predictive maintenance models for IIOT applications;
8. AI/ML techniques for predictive analytics and operational improvements;
9. Developing simulations to model manufacturing processes and operational outcomes; and
10. Writing and executing UAT scripts for software tools.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
