The position of Deputy Director, Student Impact is instrumental in supporting the Director, Student Affairs Office in the strategic planning, management, and continuous improvement of key student development frameworks and central enabling services.

This is a key strategic leadership role, responsible for building the frameworks, digital systems, and communication strategies that define and support the experience for over 38,000 students.

Reporting to the Director, Student Affairs, you will lead a team in managing a diverse, high-impact portfolio.

• Team Leadership & Management

Key requirements:

• Degree in any discipline
• At least 15 years of work experience in student affairs, higher education administration or related sectors, with at least 8 years in a supervisory and leadership roles. Proven leadership experience with a strong understanding of data governance, strategic planning policy development, and corporate functions.
• Ability to conceptualize, design, and implement large-scale frameworks that shape student development and engagement.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in leveraging data systems to inform decision-making and improve student services.
• Experience in managing technology projects, digital platforms, or data-driven systems.
• A background in marketing, communications is highly advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, strategic, and stakeholder management skills.
• A strong passion for nurturing and developing students, combined with the ability to mentor, motivate, and build high-performing teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
