Position Summary The UCSF Division of General Internal Medicine (DGIM) is seeking passionate and dedicated physicians to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a heterogenous patient population and contribute to UCSF's mission to improve healthcare quality and access for all patients. Our four general internal medicine practices serve approximately 25,000 patients that reflect the population of the San Francisco Bay Area. UCSF Health is one of the top-rated health systems and is home to one of the best Schools of medicine and Internal Medicine training programs in California and the nation.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality, comprehensive, ambulatory internal medicine care, and will have the opportunity to contribute to the educational, scholarly, and clinical practice improvement missions of the division. We are interested in recruiting clinician teacher track faculty who are interested in spending the majority of their time in direct patient care with an opportunity for teaching as well as those interested in a clinician educator track with more emphasis on educational leadership and scholarship.
