This role serves as a senior operational and research development lead within the Global Oncology Initiative (GOI), working closely with and reporting to the Director to oversee grant strategy, financial management, cross-departmental research development, and coordination of major domestic and international programs. The position plays a central leadership role in sustaining and expanding GOI's NIH-funded portfolio, strengthening institutional collaborations, and leading implementation of the Initiative's strategic plan.

$75,200.00 – $128,800.00 / AnnuallyThe salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
