We are currently seeking a strategic and technically strong Lead Data Scientist & AI Developer to lead the development and deployment of machine learning and AI solutions across the enterprise. This role is critical to enabling data-driven decision-making and business automation across commercial, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, clinical, regulatory, and quality teams. You will leverage both Snowflake and Microsoft Azure AI platforms while integrating data from core enterprise systems such as Oracle Fusion Cloud, Salesforce, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Quality Management Systems, and Workday Adaptive Planning. Strong foundations in data engineering, Python, SQL, and Power BI are essential for success in this role.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $147,000 to $189,000. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
