The Operations & Facilities Management Department (OFMD) at WashU Medicine provides essential services that sustain the medical campus' mission of excellence in patient care, research, and education. Serves as the senior working operational lead of the Investigations Unit in Protective Services. Provides daily workflow leadership, investigative quality control, training and mentoring of investigators, administrative reporting and metrics development, and assists the Assistant Director of Investigations with unit oversight, compliance, and strategic development. Maintains an active investigative caseload and provides on-call operational leadership in support of campus safety, regulatory compliance, and organizational integrity.
