Lecturer in Linguistics Position AY 2026-2027

The UCLA Department of Linguistics invites applications for a full-time Lecturer in Linguistics, with a specialization in Phonetics and Phonology, for the 2026-2027 academic year. The teaching load for the position is 6 undergraduate courses, and courses will be assigned at the discretion of the department.

Possible course assignments include: Introduction to General Phonetics, Introduction to Applied Phonetics, Experimental Phonetics, Applied Phonology, Linguistics & Speech Pathology.

According to current UCLA policy, all courses must be taught in person on the UCLA campus.
