You will join the School of BioSciences in an education and research role (40% research/40% teaching/20% service), contributing to the Master of Biotechnology and the undergraduate Biotechnology major in the Bachelor of Science. You will have the opportunity to lead an independent microbial biotechnology research program, supervise higher-degree students, and teach the business and commercialization elements of biotechnology while building industry and academic partnerships.

Your new team – School of BioSciences The School of BioSciences was formed in 2015 through the amalgamation of the School of Botany and the Departments of Genetics and Zoology thus bringing together a critical mass of 160 academic staff and 240 research higher degree students undertaking world class teaching and research in the biological sciences.
