Discover Impactful Work: The Manager, Technical Application Support Scientists will lead an ambitious team responsible for delivering world-class remote pre and post-sales technical support for Thermo Fisher Scientific products. You will ensure flawless daily operations, foster an inclusive and collaborative environment, and strictly adhere to our high standards of service excellence.

A Day in the Life:

• Guide and develop direct reports who supervise frontline employees
• Build relationships with the business units we support
• Engage product management to foster coordinated business relationships for continuous improvement
• Manage operations and project planning, including integrations
• Lead alignment efforts across global regions

Keys to Success:

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering required with 7+ years of experience (equivalent combinations of education and relevant work experience may be considered).

Experience

• 5+ years of people management experience preferred.
• Proven track record in directly serving customers.
• Prior experience in Technical Application Support and the Biotechnology industry preferred.

Compensation and Benefits: The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $93,800.00–$140,675.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
