Technology Transfer Specialist

How you will make an impact?

You will be responsible for technology transfer activities to the manufacturing department, by selecting appropriate process materials and establishing the manufacturing process. You will support the production department to guarantee an appropriate scheduling of manufacturing activities.

What will you do?

• Follow tech transfer projects from the beginning (Kick-off meeting with Client) through the entire lifecycle of the project
• Develop process documentation to back up manufacturing activities by honoring the project's achievements and in line with GMP requirements and internal SOPs
• Provide appropriate training to production personnel responsible for carrying out the manufacturing activities according to MBR instructions
• Communicate with Clients about technical aspects relevant to the project and provide updates on project-related activities
• Cooperate with the Formulation Development laboratory to build up studies for the appropriate definition of GMP processes

We seek candidates with a proven track record in manufacturing sciences, particularly in tech transfer activities. Your outstanding attention to detail will be crucial to successfully implementing our world-class processes!

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing role, with tech transfer responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of GMP requirements and internal SOPs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to train and support production personnel.
• Proficient English knowledge.
