Medical Expert (MD/DO) – Remote AI & Clinical Research Project Part-time

Mercor is seeking experienced Medical Practitioners (MDs/DOs) to contribute to a groundbreaking AI research project in collaboration with a leading AI lab.

Role: Apply your medical expertise to help develop and evaluate advanced AI systems for medicine-specific research tasks, including simulating clinical workflows.

Note: This is a part-time contractor role (20+ hrs/week). The equivalent annual salary range shown above reflects a 20-hour/week baseline.

Qualifications:
– MD or DO with 2+ years of U.S. clinical experience
– Specialties: Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, Critical Care, Cardiology, Anesthesiology, Public Health, etc.
– Strong communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency in English

Details:
– Fully remote & asynchronous (flexible schedule)
– Part-time (20+ hrs/week), with potential to extend
– Duration: 6 weeks (with possibility of continuation)
– Independent contractor role; weekly payment via Stripe
– Hourly rate: $130–$150/hr (+ performance bonus up to $30/hr)
