You will apply your deep technical expertise in Nuclear Engineering to influence how advanced AI models understand, reason about, and interact with complex systems in the nuclear domain.

You are an ideal candidate, if you:

• Have 5+ years of experience in nuclear engineering, power generation, and similar fields.
• Hold a PhD in Nuclear Engineering or related field from top a US university.
• Have strong understanding of nuclear systems design, reactor physics, and related frameworks.
• Have strong attention to details
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills

Role Highlights

• Flexible workload: 10–20 hours per week, with potential to increase to 40 hours.
• Fully remote and asynchronous—work on your own schedule.
• Minimum duration: 1–2 months, with potential for extension.

Compensation And Legal Details

• You will be legally classified as an hourly contractor for Mercor
• We will pay you out at the end of each week via Stripe Connect
