You will lead and coordinate the development of multiple studies of novel biological and small molecules for first in human (FIH), proof of mechanism (POM), early signs of efficacy (ESOE) and proof of concept (POC) studies in Oncology. You will work in close collaboration with the Global Development Lead (GDL) and members of the development team to establish, lead, coordinate, and execute the early oncology clinical development plan(s). You will lead the development of the clinical protocol and participate as an individual contributor on clinical teams with Pfizer development operations and the project team, to meet enrollment and study delivery timelines. You will also work with other functional disciplines to ensure the full scope and remit of Oncology Early Stage Development (OESD) is represented as need within clinical study teams (e.g. Research Units, Biostatistics, Clinical Pharmacology, Precision Medicine, and Digital Medicine).

Work Location Assignment: This is a hybrid position requiring you to live within commuting distance and work on-site an average of 2.5 days per week.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $176,600.00 to $282,900.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
