A fully funded Ph.D. position is available in the research group of Martin Rejhon at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Charles University.
Dr. Rejhon is an early-career researcher with a strong publication record and international experience at New York University. He has recently been awarded the prestigious Junior Star 2024 grant (EUR 1 million over 5 years) from the Czech Science Foundation (GACR), recognizing his exceptional scientific potential.
Research Topic
Selective growth of epitaxial graphene – toward carbon electronics
The project focuses on advancing tunable electronic and optoelectronic devices based on epitaxial graphene with tailored stacking orders. The work will contribute to next-generation carbon-based electronic platforms.
