Raman optical activity is a dynamically evolving vibrational spectroscopy, suitable, for example, for structural studies of biomolecules. Spectral interpretations are usually based on molecular dynamics and quantum-chemical methods. These need to be adapted for a particular experiment. We will focus on theoretical description of resonance and anharmonic systems and their interaction with environment, for which the current theoretical apparatus is not sufficiently developed.
