The Health Outcomes Post-Doctoral program in Lilly's HEOR Oncology team within Medical Affairs will develop your scientific expertise to create health outcomes research for patients, payers and providers. Projects will focus on disease states of interest to Lilly or treatments that Lilly is developing and may span the entire lifecycle of clinical development and drug commercialization. You will work with experienced health outcomes scientists to develop research strategies, so patients, payers, and healthcare providers understand when and how to use the medicines and the expected patient benefits. Responsibilities include the conduct, quality, and integrity of health outcomes studies. Through your work on these studies, you will demonstrate understanding of clinical, economic, and/or patient reported outcomes methodologies. You will communicate study findings to internal audiences and take a leadership role in the dissemination to the scientific community. The candidate will also work extensively with therapeutic area medical and commercial teams and HEOR colleagues.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $58,000 – $123,200.
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
