The Unit for Intervention and Implementation Research for Worker Health is a dynamic, interdisciplinary team committed to creating healthier and more sustainable working lives. We develop and evaluate methods to prevent work-related ill-health and promote employee wellbeing, drawing on expertise from occupational health science, organizational psychology, health promotion, and implementation research. We know that investing in workplace health generates substantial benefits for individuals, employers, and society. That is why we place a strong emphasis on applied and practice-oriented research. Through our implementation research, we support organizations in translating evidence into real-world practice. A significant part of our research focuses on schools as a workplace and on improving the work environment for school personnel. We lead several research projects that identify health-promoting factors in the work environment and provide implementation support to strengthen the systematic management of organizational and social work environment risks in schools.

Knowledge of advanced statistical methods and statistical software such as R, STATA, or SPSS is essential. You should have strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively both socially and scientifically with other researchers in the unit.
