We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and innovative Principal Scientist to lead the development of therapies to treat hearing loss and vestibular disorders. In this role, you will independently lead research projects and drive the development of novel therapies for inner ear disorders.
To be considered for this role, you must have the following: Ph.D. with a strong record of innovation and publication and 5+ years of experience. Proven expertise in drug development is required. Managerial experience is highly desirable. In vivo experimental experience is desirable. Strong understanding of human and mouse genetics and/or auditory physiology is an advantage.

Salary Range (annually) $128,600.00 – $210,000.00
