We are searching for the best talent for a Principal Scientist, Immunogenicity to be located in Cambridge, MA.

Join the growing Discovery Proteomic Platforms (DPP) group within the Discovery Technologies and Molecular Pharmacology (DTMP) department of Therapeutics Discovery to apply groundbreaking approaches to high‑scale proteomic analysis! Be part of a motivated team deploying innovative mass spectrometry technologies to tackle challenges in end‑to‑end drug discovery and development across a leading multiomics organization. We work shoulder‑to‑shoulder across biology, chemistry, and data science to deliver clear, reproducible proteomic readouts that move medicines forward. With your help, we will drive development of medicines for our patients!
Lead the development and delivery of immunogenicity assays supporting discovery programs across the Innovative Medicine portfolio. You will focus on hands‑on assay development, high‑throughput screening, and data generation, while working closely with diverse teams of protein engineers, data scientists, and biologists.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $117,000 to $201,250.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
