We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Principal Scientist, Nucleic Acid Technology Specialist to support the development of advanced molecular diagnostics technologies. This role requires expertise in both preparative chromatography and analytical techniques, spanning the entire product development lifecycle—from early-stage research through on-market support.
As part of the Chemistry Team, you will have access to cutting-edge technologies and state-of-the-art instrumentation, enabling you to contribute meaningfully to advancements in molecular diagnostics. Your work will directly impact global health, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the field of diagnostics.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Pleasanton, CA is $111,000 – $206,500. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. We encourage all qualified applicants to apply. The role's level (& title) may be adjusted based on experience and qualifications.
A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
