Postdoctoral Researcher Position in Energy Storage and Conversion
1. Position and Research Area
Applications are invited for one to two postdoctoral researcher positions in the research group led by Prof. Jianjian Lin at Qingdao University of Science and Technology (QUST). The research focuses on cutting-edge topics in energy storage and conversion, such as hydrogen energy, battery materials, and novel energy systems.

2. Requirements
1) Be in good health, with a positive work ethic, and strong teamwork and communication skills.
2) Hold a Ph.D. degree awarded within the last three years from a university ranked within the top 200 of the QS World University Rankings.
3) Generally, be under the age of 35.
4) Demonstrate a strong passion for scientific research, a rigorous approach, clear academic goals, and the ability to work independently.
5) Have published first-author articles in top-tier journals (e.g., Nature-indexed journals, Advanced Materials, ACS Nano, etc.) or in journals with an impact factor greater than 12, and demonstrate proficient English reading and writing skills.
3. Key Responsibilities
1) Conduct innovative research aligned with the group’s focus areas.
2) Assist the supervisor in mentoring graduate students and in the application and management of research projects.
3) Publish high-quality academic papers and participate actively in academic exchanges.
4. Remuneration and Benefits
A competitive salary and research performance-based incentives will be provided in accordance with the postdoctoral regulations of Qingdao University of Science and Technology, with specific terms open to negotiation. Benefits include social insurance, a housing provident fund, and access to postdoctoral apartments (if applicable).
