Wir suchen das beste Talent für die Position des/der Quality Lab Scientist (M/W/D) am Standort Norderstedt, Deutschland.

Zweck: Sie unterstützen die mikrobiologischen Laborprozesse, stellen die ordnungsgemäße Durchführung und Bewertung mikrobiologischer Prüfungen sicher und tragen zur Aufrechterhaltung und Weiterentwicklung GMP-relevanter Programme und Reinraumprozesse bei.

Ihre Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Betreuung und Unterstützung des Mikrobiologie-Labors bei der Aufrechterhaltung des Environmental Monitoring Programms, mikrobiologischen Freigaben und des Endotoxin-Programms
• Aufbereitung mikrobiologischer Daten sowie Erstellung von Reports und Präsentationen für Management Review, Data Review Board usw.
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung mikrobiologischer Standard-Testmethoden und Prüfspezifikationen
• Unterstützung bei der Bewertung von Abweichungen (OOT, OOS, NC) und Erarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen bzw. Produktdispositionen
• Durchführung von Validierungen mikrobiologischer Testmethoden sowie Qualifizierung von Laborequipment (falls erforderlich)
• Sicherstellung der Aufrechterhaltung und Weiterentwicklung des GMP-Programms gemäß normativen und Franchise-Anforderungen
• Mitarbeit bei der Normenbewertung und Aufrechterhaltung des Stands der Technik (GMP, EM)
• Unterstützung von Building Management und Facility bei der Reinraum-Qualifizierung sowie von Operations und Product Management bei Prozess- oder Produktänderungen
• Durchführung und Unterstützung lokaler und internationaler Projekte, u. a. als Hauptansprechpartner/in für Mikrobiologie
• Verantwortung für ein erfolgreiches Change Management im Rahmen von Projekten
• Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits

Ihr Qualifikationsportfolio & unsere Anforderungen:

• Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches oder ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium (z. B. Chemie, Biologie, Mikrobiologie, Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbar)
• Vertiefte Kenntnisse in Mikrobiologie und GMP
• Kenntnisse in Reinraum-Qualifizierung von Vorteil
• Kenntnisse in Methodenvalidierung und Gerätequalifizierung von Vorteil
• Berufserfahrung in der Medizintechnik- oder Pharmabranche
• Kenntnisse in LIMS von Vorteil
• Erfahrung mit Quality Systems (Nonconformance Management, Document Management)
• Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
• Teamfähigkeit, analytische Fähigkeiten und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Ausgeprägtes Durchsetzungs- und Kommunikationsvermögen
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Diese Position befindet sich in der Entgeltgruppe E10 (Chemietarifvertrag).

Die Stelle ist befristet auf 12 Monate.
