Research Assistant Position

Innovative Electronic & Electromagnetic Devices Laboratory (i-Lab@NTU) led by Prof. Mohammad Samizadeh Nikoo is seeking for a research assistant. The role will focus on simulation and characterization of high-speed cryogenic nano-devices.

Key Responsibilities:

The research assistant will focus on the following tasks:

• Theoretical investigation and design of innovative cryogenic semiconductor devices.
• Experimental characterization, simulation, and analysis of cryogenic devices.
• Providing general research support to i-Lab@NTU.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field
• Familiarity with micro and nano device simulation and characterization
• Proficiency in fundamentals of electrical engineering, in particular semiconductor physics and electromagnetics theory
• Good written and oral communication skills
