Research Assistant

We are seeking a research assistant. The role will focus on simulation, experimental characterization, and analysis related to high-speed electronic devices.

Key Responsibilities:

The research assistant will focus on the following tasks:

• Numerical simulation of electronic devices.
• Experimental characterization analysis of high-speed electronic devices.
• Providing general research support to i-Lab@NTU.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field
• Familiarity with micro and nano device simulation and characterization
• Proficiency in fundamentals of electrical engineering, in particular semiconductor physics and electromagnetics theory
• Good written and oral communication skills
