Research Assistant
The School of Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) provides a vibrant and nurturing environment for staff and students to carry out inter-disciplinary research in key areas.
We are looking for a research assistant to support the development of copper nanoparticles (NanoCu) paste as a thermal interface material.
Key responsibilities:
- Process development and characterization of the NanoCu paste properties
- Maintenance of lab or equipment or supplies that include procurement and liaison with suppliers
- Produce high quality reports and documents that consolidate research findings
Job requirements:
- Bachelor qualification degree in Materials Science/Engineering or related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experiences in technical hands-on experience in materials processing or characterization
